Ukulele music

In class we made music with ukuleles. Mrs Paraha got a shinny white one. I learnt that you can hold down the strings. I'm glad that I use perseverence and did not give up. I got a shinny brown one. I am happy that we did this because it was my first time playing a ukulele.

Cats and kittens

In room8 we wrote reports and we made videos. Each person made a video. Some people read from pieces of paper and others read from the laptop. A little group of people read from their learning log.

Sugary drinks

In room8 we were learning about sugary drinks. Coke has caffine in it. Caffine can make your heart beat faster and faster and it can stop. Juice drink has more sugar than fruit juice.

Fun time doing our posters

In room8 we made posters but they weren't ordinary posters. They are pretty because they had lots of colour. If we need any help we could ask Mrs Paraha.

Bridges are fun

When Waiwai and I made our bridge I was quite happy with it. I was surprised that it held lots of stuff I was proud of it. I loved it.
